Do NOT decrease or stop taking medications on your own. Too rapid reduction in psychotropic medications can cause serious withdrawal effects, including suicidal and homicidal ideation and sometimes even actions. Psychotropic medications generally need to be tapered with minute amounts at the end that are usually much smaller than the smallest pill. It is essential when withdrawing from psychotropic medication that it not be done too rapidly. The author specifically disclaims all responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, or outcome that may occur as a direct or indirect consequence of applying the principles in this website and eBook. As you adopt simple lifestyle changes to help prevent and reverse chronic illnesses it is very important to work with your own medical provider for your specific diagnosis and treatment.
